IDEA – Birthed out of a vision to bring predictability and professionalism to the technician demands of meeting and event planners, Beltway Meeting Solutions, LLC is dedicated to the merging of discreet professional service and technical savvy, providing an on site meeting technician solution that you will come to know and trust. Why wonder who will be running the show when you can make the choice yourself?

ORIGINS – Founder and Owner Colin Storm (also, currently the only technician available, but who’s counting?) spent nine years in the resort and hotel industry serving in such roles as Guest Services Specialist, Audio Visual Technician, and Director of Audio Visual Services.

As an Audio Visual Director Colin never felt comfortable with the inconsistent results guests would receive with “in-room” technical support. Clients who were paying a hearty sum for the support would often worry about who they were getting, and what sort of experience they were in for, causing unnecessary worry as a well planned event or meeting drew near. It is his opinion that this need not be so, thus Beltway Meeting Solutions, LLC was created in the hopes that at a growing base of clientele would enjoy the comfort of choice in this matter.
